DriveIndex is a car value intelligence platform powered by proprietary AI technology, including our exclusive Value Signal™ engine and Spec Premium Engine™. The platform provides price tracking, market data, buy/sell/hold signals, projections, and concierge services for automotive enthusiasts. Our data is aggregated from public auction results and dealer listings, then processed through proprietary normalization, analysis, and forecasting systems developed exclusively by Radin INC.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

Value Signal™ recommendations are outputs of our exclusive AI systems, not guarantees. Projections may not materialize. All analytical models, data pipelines, and scoring methodologies are proprietary trade secrets of Radin INC. Always conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a vehicle.

All algorithms, data models, signal engines, forecast systems, valuation methodologies, data pipelines, and platform code are proprietary and confidential trade secrets of Radin INC, protected under federal and state trade secret law. You may not scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any data, algorithms, signals, or outputs from this platform without prior written permission from Radin INC. Unauthorized use will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from DriveIndex. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute any data, signals, projections, or analysis from this platform. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms of our proprietary systems. You may not create derivative works or competing products based on data obtained from DriveIndex. You may not create multiple accounts, submit false data, or use the platform for any illegal purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, VALUES, SIGNALS, PROJECTIONS, ANALYSES, AND OTHER OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADIN INC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. Radin INC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any value, signal, projection, or other output is accurate, complete, current, or reflects the price any vehicle will actually achieve. Any reliance on the service or its outputs is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you; in that case such warranties are limited in duration and scope to the minimum permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveIndex and Radin INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radin INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party; or (c) any content you upload or submit. Radin INC may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES INSTEAD OF COURT AND JURY TRIALS, AND LIMITS THE WAYS YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF. Informal resolution first: before starting an arbitration, you agree to email hello@driveindex.com describing your dispute and to give us 60 days to resolve it informally. Binding arbitration: except for the excluded claims below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and not in court. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, or, at your election, by telephone, by video, or based solely on written submissions. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. Jury and class-action waiver: YOU AND RADIN INC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding. Excluded claims: this section does not require arbitration of (a) a matter that qualifies for small-claims court, brought on an individual basis; (b) a claim to enforce or protect intellectual-property rights, which may be brought in court; or (c) a claim for public injunctive relief, which, to the extent required by California law, may be brought in court. 30-day opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing hello@driveindex.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms and stating your name and that you opt out; opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms. Severability of class waiver: if the class-action waiver above is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request (and only that one) will be severed and heard in a court of competent jurisdiction, while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section above, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
DriveIndex respects intellectual-property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our designated agent for copyright notices is: DMCA Agent, Radin INC, 17328 Ventura Boulevard #193, Los Angeles, CA 91316, dmca@driveindex.com. A valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, the material claimed to infringe and where it is located on the platform, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf. We remove or disable infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. User content: you retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload, and you grant Radin INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Radin INC regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. Severability: if any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Assignment: you may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Changes to these Terms: we may modify these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice, and your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Suspension and termination: we may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the service or other users; you may stop using the service at any time. Force majeure: Radin INC is not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
