Where the numbers come from

DriveIndex records completed sales from 17 collector-car auction houses and online auction and dealer marketplaces. Each record is a real sold price with a date, mileage and gearbox where the source publishes them; lots that did not meet reserve are kept as bids, never as sales, and asking prices are stored separately as listings. 118,000+ verified completed sales are on file going back to 1999, and every market value, median and trend is recomputed from them twice a day. The full method is on the methodology page.

Figures on this page: live, rounded down. Latest verified sale September 19, 2026; values last recomputed September 20, 2026.
