Open to Offers: private offers on off-market cars
Members' cars not listed for sale anywhere else, whose owners will consider a private offer. Owners add photos, condition disclosures and the VIN, and you send an offer straight to the owner, who can accept, counter or decline. Names and contact details are shared only when an offer is accepted.
